Format:  Zipped LLID-based Event Table (.dbf format)

An Event Table is for use in Arc/Info with a route-system.  StreamNet ties most of its stream data to the LLID-based route system which is included with the 1:100,000 PNW Reach Files Hydrography. The LLID variable defines which stream (route) that the data event is on, and the FMeas (BegFt) and TMeas (EndFt) variables define the location of the data event on that stream route.  The events in these tables may be imported into Arc/Info using the DBaseInfo command and established as event tables for use with the 1:100,000 PNW Reach files or other LLID-based routed hydrography sets.  Event tables are advantageous in that they save considerable space because the data is stored in a tabular format which accesses the underlying arcs in one central GIS coverage (the routed hydgrography) without the need to replicate these arcs for each additional set of data.
